Group Overview: C.E.M. is the acronym for Circle of the Eternal Moon, a Wiccan religious organization. C.E.M. was founded by seven witches who left another tradition to give life to a new one.  We are an eclectic American tradition that blends aspects of the Old Ways with the New Ways.
